Lamens Insurance Agency, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this page. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit it, submit the quote form, or call the number shown, and what we do with that information.
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
When you submit the quote request form, we collect your first and last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number. We use this information to prepare an insurance quote and to contact you about it.
When you call us, we collect your phone number, the date, time and duration of the call, and whatever you choose to tell the agent.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
Usage and device data, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the website or ad that referred you.
Advertising parameters passed in the page's web address — including Google Click Identifier (gclid), utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_term — which we use to measure which ads produce quote requests.
Consent record. When you check the consent box, we store the exact consent text you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address, as a record of your authorization.
CALL RECORDING AND MONITORING
Calls to and from the number on this page may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and compliance. You will be told at the start of a recorded call. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the agent and we will stop the recording or continue without it.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lead aggregators or other agencies.
We share information with service providers who act on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide services to us:
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — our customer relationship management, telephone and messaging platform
- Google LLC — advertising measurement; we send Google a record that a quote request occurred, linked to the click that produced it. We do not send Google your name, address or date of birth.
- Lovable — hosting for this page
- Our appointed insurance carriers — when you ask us to prepare a quote, we submit the information needed to rate it
We also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights.
Information you give us in connection with an insurance transaction is nonpublic personal financial information and is handled in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Washington insurance regulations.
TEXT MESSAGES AND CALLS
If you check the consent box on the form, you authorize us to call and text you at the number you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, tell us on a call, or contact us using the details below. Withdrawing consent for marketing does not stop us from contacting you about a quote or policy you have asked us to handle.
DO NOT CALL
We honor the federal National Do Not Call Registry and Washington's telephone solicitation requirements. If you ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, we will honor that request and keep it on file.
COOKIES AND TRACKING
This page uses Google's advertising tag to measure whether an ad click resulted in a quote request. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization through your device settings or Google's ad settings.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep quote request information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the recordkeeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance producers in Washington. Consent records are retained for at least as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent. We will not refuse you service or charge you a different price for making a request.
If you live in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, we will honor the rights that law grants you on the same terms.
CHILDREN
This page is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
CHANGES
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
